Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess and respond to patient emergencies promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improvement.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Maine.
Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care nursing.
Proficient in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Proven track record of achieving performance metrics.
Strong ability to monitor and document patient health status accurately.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams effectively.
Adaptability to changing healthcare environments and patient needs.
