September 2025 Summary of Position We are seeking a talented Designer to create innovative commercial office environments. This role collaborates with clients, sales teams, and the internal design department to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities include producing design concepts, space plans, and furniture layouts while incorporating current design trends, competitive offerings, production capabilities, and market demands. Essential Responsibilities Confers with Head of Design, customer service and sales personnel to obtain design suggestions and customer orders. Ability to hand-sketch a design in order to show ideas and concepts. Assist with preparing presentation packages for client presentations. Ability to space plan in CET, manipulate floor plans, dimensions, create schedules, and set title blocks. Assist with preparation of furniture specifications, finishes, and upholstery fabrics, paint to be used in manufacturing. Assist with plan modifications for completed furniture to conform to changes in design trends and increase customer acceptance. Confers with Head of Design to determine architectural preferences, purpose and function of environment, budget, types of construction, equipment to be installed, and other factors which affect planning interior environments. Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations, estimates material requirements and costs, and presents design to client for approval. Assists with selecting furnishings, art works, and accessories. Assists with research and sourcing of vendor products to assist with client designs. Other duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications A minimum of two years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suites Proficient CET skills are desired. Proficient Auto CAD skills are required. Revit, Sketch Up and other industry related software experience is a plus. Adobe experience preferred. Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Interior Design; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years of design experience is required. Design Skills:
