Are you ready to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of materials management and production assembly? Our company needs motivated individuals to help move freight, stock, and materials essential for the powder coating line, and assist in building and loading plows. Key duties involve assembling and working with fabricated parts, overseeing workstation operations, product inspection, and building snowplow equipment. You will maintain a clean work area and ensure that all processes run smoothly by checking equipment regularly. Your role includes troubleshooting, ensuring safety protocol adherence, and offering general maintenance support. Your Primary Responsibilities
Identify and mark materials with appropriate tags. Follow work orders or verbal instructions for tasks and equipment. Transfer freight and items from various locations using hands or machinery. Use manual and power tools for grinding and finishing tasks. Prioritize safety and cleanliness. Examine parts during production for quality assurance. Load and unload components efficiently. Ensure production timelines are met. Communicate any procedural issues promptly. Help colleagues when necessary and under supervision. Qualifications Needed
High school diploma or equivalent necessary. Past experience in manufacturing zones is preferred. Ability to stand for extended durations. Strength to lift 50 lbs. Optimal transport options. Strong skills in writing and speaking effectively. Meticulous attention to details. Able to function both independently and as part of a collective. Americans with Disabilities Act
