We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager, Mechanical Construction,
to lead and manage HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining strong communication with clients, field teams, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of
mechanical construction projects , including HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project standards and schedules. Ensure
safety compliance
and promote a culture of safety on all job sites. Manage
document control , including review and distribution of project drawings and specifications. Oversee the
scope of work , scheduling, field resources, and procurement coordination. Support project
estimations and financial management , including budget tracking and reporting. Build and maintain strong
client and subcontractor relationships . Collaborate with sales teams to support
pre-construction and business development efforts . Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the
building and construction industry , with hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems. Proven ability to
read and interpret construction documents . Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and construction
estimating software . Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design principles, and construction best practices. Bachelor's degree
in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). PMP Certification
and
OSHA 30
preferred. Knowledge of
LEED standards
is a plus.
