Responsibilities: Lead and supervise crews to complete industrial electrical projects safely and efficiently.
Plan manpower, tools, and materials for assigned jobs.
Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
Assist with estimating, permitting, and invoicing as needed.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
ND Journeyman Electrician License (required).
3–5 years of industrial electrical experience.
Strong understanding of NEC, job safety, and regulatory standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job-related software.
Proven leadership experience in the field.
Preferred: PLC/Automation experience (Allen Bradley, RSLogix, Studio 5000).
Welding/fabrication
and heavy equipment experience.
Familiarity with estimating and project management tools.
Experience managing multiple job sites or crews.
Physical & Environmental Requirements: Lift up to 70 lbs; work in standing, overhead, and kneeling positions.
Work in outdoor conditions including mud, snow, heat, and rain.
Comfortable with heights, loud environments, and low light.
Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.
