Position Overview Own planning and delivery of large-scale data center builds from preconstruction through commissioning (Levels 1–5) and turnover. Lead cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder alignment across design, supply chain, field execution, and integrated systems testing (IST). Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery: precon, procurement, construction, commissioning (L1–L5), IST, and closeout. - Build and manage detailed P6/MS Project schedules with critical path, float, and key milestones (equipment release, FAT, SAT, energization, MOPs, IST). - Drive long‑lead procurement (switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, CRAH/CRAC) and vendor coordination; track submittals, shop drawings, and factory acceptance testing. - Implement rigorous change control, RFI/CO workflows, document management, and earned value/cost forecasting. - Coordinate with design, commissioning providers, OEMs, BMS/EPMS integrators, and client operations to ensure Tier target and redundancy intents (N, N+1, 2N/2N+1) are met. - Plan and supervise method-of-procedure (MOP), standard operating procedure (SOP), and emergency operating procedure (EOP) activities in collaboration with Superintendents and client operations. - Enforce QA/QC and testing plans; verify results against TIA-942 design intent and ASHRAE TC 9.9 thermal guidelines. - Prepare transparent reports and dashboards on cost, risk, safety, quality, commissioning status, and readiness for IT load. - Lead risk registers and mitigation plans for supply chain, permitting, energization, and commissioning bottlenecks. - Support environmental, health, and safety programs on live/energized sites in partnership with field leadership. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of construction project management with 3+ years in data centers/mission-critical. - Demonstrated delivery of $20M+ projects on fast-track schedules. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling, BMS/EPMS, redundancy topologies (N, N+1, 2N). - Proven commissioning exposure (L1–L5) and IST

planning/execution. - Proficiency with Procore, P6 or MS Project, and cost management tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Preferred: - Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier concepts and TIA‑942 resiliency ratings; working knowledge of ASHRAE TC 9.9 guidelines. - Experience with phased turnover and live environment upgrades. - PMP/CCM or equivalent credential.
