What You'll Do: Lead structural steel projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate with detailing, shop, and field teams to resolve technical challenges. Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders. Mentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
