Job Description: The

Project/Program Manager

will provide program management oversight and technical leadership for the contract. This role ensures successful execution of all contract requirements, including cost, schedule, and performance management, while acting as the primary interface between the government, ASG leadership, and subcontractor partners. The Program Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams supporting IT service delivery, cybersecurity, cloud operations, application modernization, and mission system sustainment.

What You Will Do: Provide day-to-day leadership and management of contract operations ensuring all PWS tasks are executed effectively and efficiently. Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) to the Government COR/KO/PM, leading customer engagement, performance reporting, and risk/issue resolution. Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial management, ensuring compliance with contract deliverables, SLAs, and performance metrics. Support enterprise IT service management (ITSM) processes (incident, change, problem, and configuration management) aligned with ITIL best practices. Manage teams supporting cybersecurity compliance, RMF accreditation, and continuous monitoring in accordance with DoD directives. Coordinate across distributed teams and stakeholders to ensure mission system availability, system upgrades, patch management, and sustainment activities. Develop and maintain Program Management Plans (PMPs), risk management frameworks, transition-in/transition-out plans, and status reports. Ensure effective subcontractor and teaming partner management, maintaining compliance with FAR 52.219-14 workshare where applicable. Provide coaching and mentorship to team leads and staff to improve performance and ensure professional development Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Communicates clearly expectations to team members and stakeholders. Mediates between stakeholders and team members. Resolves issues and solves problems throughout project life cycle. Leads, coaches, and motivates team members. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:

What We Need: Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience in DoD IT environments. Minimum 5 years supporting DISA or DoD agencies with IT service delivery, sustainment, or cybersecurity programs. Demonstrated success leading programs of similar size, scope, and complexity (multi-site, multi-team contracts). Proven capability to operate with latitude in developing methodologies and presenting solutions. Experience providing guidance or supervision to others. Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU PM Level II/III equivalent. Security+ CE (baseline DoD 8570/8140 requirement, at minimum). Clearance: Active DoD secret Clearance.

Even Better ITIL v4 Foundation. PgMP or SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master (preferred for large Agile/DevSecOps programs). CISSP or CISM (preferred for cybersecurity-heavy environments). Familiarity with DISA STIGs, eMASS, ACAS, HBSS, and RMF processes. Experience with cloud service delivery in AWS/Azure GovCloud. Strong vendor and subcontractor management skills, with experience managing CTAs under IDIQ vehicles.
