Survey Project Manager Location:
Apex, NC | Serving North Carolina and the East Coast Compensation:

Survey Project Manager
to join our team and help us continue raising the bar in efficiency, accuracy, and client service. Position Overview The
Survey Project Manager
is responsible for leading and delivering surveying projects from initiation through completion. This role combines
technical expertise, team leadership, and client relationship management , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of
surveying projects
including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Lead and mentor a team of surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
Serve as primary
client liaison , maintaining clear communication and strong relationships.
Provide
technical oversight and quality assurance
on survey deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, local/state regulations, and company practices.
Utilize
AutoCAD Civil 3D
and other advanced design software to support project workflows.
Drive continuous improvement by integrating new technologies and process efficiencies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field
preferred (equivalent experience considered).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD Civil 3D
required.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license not required.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
