Position Overview: We are seeking a
Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst
to join our team in
Florida . This role will develop, maintain, and coordinate
integrated master plans and schedules
to support program objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
program scheduling, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis
within the
aerospace and defense industry . Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain
integrated master plans and schedules
to align with program objectives. Ensure
cross-functional integration
of schedules across
finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams . Track program
plans, schedules, and performance , identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts. Perform
risk analysis and schedule variance assessments
to support decision-making. To monitor program progress, utilize Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, earned value management (EVM), and other project management tools . Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
with
5+ years
of experience in
Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Business, Cost, and/or Finance
OR
Master’s degree
with
3+ years
of relevant experience. Experience in
scheduling and program planning . Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite . Basic understanding of
Microsoft Project . Active DoD Secret Clearance
(required). Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to obtain and maintain
special program access . Aerospace/Defense industry experience . Strong
Excel Macro/VBA skills . Experience working in
Microsoft Project Server environment . Familiarity with
Deltek Cobra, Deltek Acumen Risk, and DCMA health metrics . Strong
