Project Manager – Interior Glass & Glazing Location: Houston, TX | Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonus Summary: A leading commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in
interior commercial glass projects . This role oversees projects from contract through closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage interior glass projects including storefronts, entrances, partitions, canopies, railings, and related systems.
Oversee project planning, take-offs, submittals, procurement, installation, and closeout.
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and field crews.
Track budgets, schedules, and change orders; ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Maintain client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships while supervising project staff.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of project management experience in
interior commercial glass construction
required.
Strong knowledge of drawings, take-offs, estimating, and project documentation.
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
