Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction and restoration projects. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Direct all phases of construction and restoration projects, from planning and estimating to execution and closeout. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors while overseeing the Construction Superintendent and field staff. Budget & Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets; validate supplier deliveries and subcontractor work; execute and track change orders. Estimating & Bidding: Prepare accurate cost estimates, project proposals, and competitive bids. Scheduling & Resource Management: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery. Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes. Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges proactively, maintaining project progress and client satisfaction. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records including contracts, permits, progress reports, and daily project updates. Subcontractor Management: Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.

Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional education in construction management or related field preferred. Experience: Prior experience in construction or restoration project management strongly preferred. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Xactimate, DocuSketch, and Restoration Manager required. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation systems.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and drive for extended periods; occasional ladder use required. Exposure to varying site conditions including heat, loud environments, and active construction zones.

Schedule & Travel Full-time position: MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. (approx. 45 hours per week). Flexibility required, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call availability. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel as needed.
