The

Enablement Project Manager

in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. This position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that enablement programs are effectively planned, executed, and aligned with organizational goals. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare processes and the ability to manage complex projects that support clinical and administrative staff. The Enablement Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of challenges. Ultimately, this role aims to empower teams with the tools, training, and resources necessary to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enablement projects that support healthcare operations and social assistance programs. Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to identify needs and develop tailored enablement solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within scope and deadlines. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide project updates and gather feedback. Develop training materials and coordinate training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies. Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights. Identify risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Skills: The Enablement Project Manager utilizes strong organizational and leadership skills daily to coordinate diverse teams and manage multiple project components simultaneously. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring alignment across departments. Analytical skills are applied to monitor project metrics, assess risks, and implement improvements that enhance project success. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and workflows enables the manager to design enablement initiatives that comply with industry standards and meet user needs. Additionally, proficiency with project management tools and healthcare technologies supports efficient planning, tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience managing projects within the healthcare or social assistance sector. Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and operational workflows. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred. Experience with healthcare enablement tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to track project outcomes. Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related discipline. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within large healthcare organizations.
