Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
Defining project and program scope, schedules, and deliverables for a global semiconductor product development organization Interacting with design engineering (digital, analog, mixed-signal), verification, and validation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve challenges with program risks Reporting program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executives, customers, partners Managing change requests, balancing customer requirements with technical feasibility Ensuring compliance with semiconductor development methodologies and best practices Working with customers to align roadmaps and production schedules Overseeing projects through concept to production, ensuring quality and timeliness Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management Experience managing hardware design projects in the semiconductor industry Background in design engineering, validation engineering, or verification engineering Experience building relationships and communicating with customers Experience managing different phases of long-term projects/programs – design, testing, production Highly technical, experience working closely with global engineering teams Operations experience and ability to learn and adapt to new processes and methodologies Experience with memory (DDR), DRAM, PCIe, CXL, clocks, retimers, integrated circuits (IC), PMIC, or similar products Benefits:
