We provide water, mold, and fire mitigation and restoration, as well as complete reconstruction services. We have an immediate opening for a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. We are always busy and have steady work all year long. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with a fast-paced and growing company. The Reconstruction Project Manager will plan and execute projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects - from initial walk-through to final sign-off.
Oversee subcontractors and internal crews to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Educate customers on process and maintain customer communications.
Manage change orders, job costing, and timelines.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, commercial clients, and internal departments to align expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Enforce safety protocols on all job sites.
Proactively resolve any delays or challenges that arise during rebuild phases.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration services
3+ years managing projects and crews
Prior experience working with insurance-related construction is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Background check and drug screening
Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders
Availability for on-call and weekend needs as required by project schedule
Skills: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Xactimate/Estimating
Required
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Comfortable navigating complex billing, insurance protocols, and compliance procedures
Confident in client-facing situations
