They're urgently hiring a
Senior Project Manager
who is ready to take the lead on complex roofing and building envelope projects—and do it in a high-growth environment that's light on hand-holding and heavy on opportunity. The company has grown rapidly following several major acquisitions, and the Laurel, MD office is bursting with opportunity—but also short on structure. You'll Thrive in This Role If You: Are highly self-sufficient and independent Take initiativewithout waiting for instructions Have strong problem-solving instincts Are comfortable working with limited training or guidance Can run a full project lifecyclewith little oversight Bring solutions, not just problems, to leadership Are decisivebut know how to keep the team in the loop What You'll Do: Lead $5M+ roofing, waterproofing, and restoration projects, including occupied and multi-level facilities Oversee project execution—from budgeting and scheduling to subcontractor and client coordination Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and solve issues quickly Conduct post-project reviews to refine systems and drive cost savings What You Bring: 5+ yearsmanaging multi-million-dollar commercial roofing or building envelope projects Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing systems Experience with waterproofing and complex restoration scopes Strong command of project management software: Procore, Edge Estimating, Microsoft Office OSHA 30/500 certification (required); EM 385 or LEED (a plus) Clear communicator and team builder, with experience managing occupied facility logistics High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor's degree in construction or engineering (preferred) What You'll Get: Competitive Pay:$100,000–$125,000 base + performance bonuses Tools of the Trade:Company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and phone Full Benefits Package:Medical, dental, vision, HSA, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with Match Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Career Advancement:Real opportunities for leadership growth in a company that's scaling fast Relocation Support:
