$55-65/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c) Job Description: Drive and deliver complex IT projects by aligning business objectives with project execution across diverse teams and stakeholders. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closing
Track and control project scope, cost, timelines, and quality
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain project documentation and status reports
Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Support sourcing and vendor management tied to project delivery
Facilitate retrospectives and contribute to process improvement
Requirements: Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts
3 years managing IT projects
Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies
Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and PM tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves: PMP certification
Agile certification (CSM or equivalent)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
Background in construction or building industry
