Project Manager
due to recent growth. This role manages projects from concept through installation, startup, and customer training, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. The ideal candidate combines strong technical, design, and organizational skills with hands-on field experience. What You'll Do Interpret AutoCAD plans, assist with machinery layouts, and perform field surveys. Prepare proposals, estimates, material takeoffs, and project schedules. Coordinate procurement, approve drawings, and manage installation crews. Oversee equipment startup, verify system performance, and train operators. What You Bring Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or similar (or equivalent experience). 3-6 years of
industrial/commercial
project management experience and familiarity with ventilation, HVAC, or material handling systems highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling tools, and AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Inventor Willingness to travel for site work.
