You must have 6+ years of recent experience in Corporate and Business Transactions and experience in M&A and be licensed to practice law in Florida. Job Description Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business transactions Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, and employment agreements Handle corporate governance matters and compliance issues Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private placements Conduct legal research and provide strategic business advice Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff as needed Qualifications 6+ years of corporate and transactional law experience Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, LLCs, private placements, and related business transactions Strong drafting and negotiation skills Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Experience in data
