Now Hiring: LPN or RN Home Health Visits (Experienced Only) Location: Coral Springs

Procare Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

or

Registered Nurse (RN)

with

strong home health experience

to join our team. This position is strictly for

skilled nursing home visits

not Private Duty Nursing (PDN).

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in Florida

Minimum 1 year of home health experience is required

Experience with IV infusion, wound care, medication management, and documentation

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Strong time management and communication skills

Important:

This is a visit-based role NOT a PDN shift position

Applicants without home health experience will not be considered
