Responsibilities: Oversee and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate project updates and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work. Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the restoration industry. Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional certifications (e.g., IICRC) are a plus.
