Coconut Creek Hyundai – Coconut Creek, FL 33073 Apply Now The service appointment coordinator receives all incoming service calls, establishes relationships with the customers and schedules appointments for the Service Department. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? • Answer incoming calls to service department • Ask the customer qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately • Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly • Make service appointments if service consultants are unavailable, route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant • Work closely with management team on recalls, and information pertaining to appointments. • Hours Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 & Every other Saturday Job Type: Full-time Salary $13.00 - $15.00
