As a Haeger Press Operator, you’ll play an essential role in our manual production processes, working with high-precision tools to assemble and modify parts through pemming, countersinking, drilling, riveting, and counterboring. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on precision and craftsmanship, making sure every product meets our high standards. Responsibilities: Operate various machines, including pemming and drill presses, to meet production needs. Gather and manage necessary tooling and materials, ensuring smooth workflow. Transport materials and products across departments using pallet jacks and hand trucks. Keep the workspace organized and clean to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Work closely with team members to adapt to changes and take on new tasks as required.
Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Mechanical aptitude with experience in hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure top-quality output. Strong attention to detail, especially for maintaining tight tolerances. Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence with a positive attitude. Team player with effective communication skills and flexibility to meet changing demands. Basic proficiency with computers and equipment software is preferred. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent, or related
experience/training. Ability to troubleshoot machinery or process issues. High level of integrity, professionalism, and good judgment.
