Service Manager

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance. Coach, develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations. Attract, develop, coach, and retain a strong team, leading by example. Developing and maintaining an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty. Analyze and evaluate the business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance. Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations. Listen to customer complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership People oriented, earn customers and employee's loyalty with a positive and energetic personality. Strong written and verbal communications skills
