We are seeking a
Technical Program Manager
to lead cloud-native, security-first technology initiatives across our federal portfolio. This role combines
strong program delivery leadership
with fluency in
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and a deep understanding of the
DevSecOps lifecycle . The TPM orchestrates
complex technical programs
involving multiple stakeholders—ensuring
successful delivery ,
compliance alignment , and
mission impact
for our federal agency clients.
As a
leader
in the delivery organization, this role drives
execution across teams , supports
technical planning , aligns stakeholders, and helps shape
cloud transformation strategies
aligned with
federal IT frameworks
and
cybersecurity requirements .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
cross-functional technical programs
involving
cloud architecture ,
DevSecOps , and software development for
federal clients Maintain
program-level visibility
across
workstreams ,
deliverables ,
risks ,
dependencies , and
compliance timelines Serve as the coordination point between
engineering teams ,
client stakeholders ,
contract management , and
internal leadership Support
DevSecOps adoption
across delivery teams, including
automation ,
CI/CD pipelines , and
infrastructure-as-code
practices Ensure alignment with agency
security ,
compliance , and
performance requirements
(e.g.,
FedRAMP ,
ATO ,
FISMA ) Facilitate
planning sessions ,
technical reviews ,
retrospectives , and
delivery check-ins
with internal and external stakeholders Track
project milestones
and proactively escalate risks to ensure success across
technical ,
schedule , and
contractual
dimensions Contribute to
continuous improvement
of delivery frameworks,
project tooling , and stakeholder communication practices Participate in
proposal development
and
technical solutioning
where
cloud
and
DevSecOps leadership
is required Partner with AI Solutions Architects to explore and scope AI-powered enhancements to customer programs , ensuring alignment with technical feasibility, mission goals, and compliance frameworks
Requirements:
8+ years of experience managing
technical programs , ideally in
federal IT consulting
environments Familiarity with
AWS ,
Azure , and/or
Google Cloud
and how
cloud-native tools
integrate into delivery pipelines Deep understanding of the
Software Development
and
DevSecOps lifecycle , including
automation ,
IAC ,
CI/CD , and
continuous monitoring Experience delivering programs to
federal agencies
with working knowledge of
FedRAMP ,
ATO processes , and
NIST frameworks Proven ability to manage
multiple workstreams , technical stakeholders, and
evolving priorities Strong communication skills for engagement with
engineering teams ,
client leadership , and
executive sponsors Preferred certifications:
PMP ,
SAFe ,
Agile ;
Cloud certifications
a plus (e.g.,
AWS CCP ,
Azure Fundamentals ) Experience supporting or overseeing
AI/ML initiatives ; such as implementing
intelligent agents , integrating
AI services
into
technical workflows , or managing infrastructure to enable
applied machine learning solutions Comfort engaging with technical teams building
