skilled Automotive Service Advisor
to join us! If you're passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we want to hear from you. This position offers the opportunity for a
4-day workweek , and an earning potential of
up to $100k per year
for top performers! Our service department has been recognized with 3 years of consecutive Service Green CSE, and above average zone performance. About Us:

We are a high-volume dealership located in a convenient, easily accessible area in a shop equipped with heat and AC. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a loyal customer base, and we're looking to add a driven
service advisor
to help us continue to deliver top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process. Advise customers on the care of their cars , emphasizing the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications. Plan, coordinate, and direct the dealership's quality control efforts , ensuring that repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition. Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain detailed service records and provide clear updates to customers on vehicle status. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
required. In-depth knowledge of the
automotive industry
and
automotive parts . 2+ years of prior service or advising experience
