Construction Project Manager
to join our team. Known for our exceptional quality and leadership in the construction industry, we specialize in
commercial construction
projects across multiple sectors—including
healthcare construction ,
K-12 school construction ,
historic preservation and hospitality ,
municipal projects , and other commercial developments throughout the Southeast. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for leading complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. About the Role As a
Construction Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of construction projects—from pre-construction planning through completion and closeout. Your daily tasks will include managing
project budgets ,
construction schedules ,
procurement of materials ,
construction site safety ,
quality control , and coordination between
architects ,
engineers ,
subcontractors ,
vendors , and
clients . You will ensure that every phase of construction is delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, safety standards, and client expectations. Responsibilities In this full-time project management role, your work will include: Leading and coordinating
all phases of commercial construction projects , including
budget preparation ,
bidding ,
contract administration , and
field supervision Managing and maintaining
project schedules
using industry-standard
project management software
to ensure on-time delivery Conducting regular
construction site visits
to ensure
job site safety , compliance with building and safety regulations, and overall
construction quality control Collaborating with
design professionals ,
consultants , and
construction superintendents
to address project needs and resolve field issues Tracking and managing
RFIs ,
change orders ,
submittals , and all relevant
construction documentation Building and maintaining strong relationships with
owners ,
stakeholders , and subcontractors through professional communication and proactive problem-solving Leading
construction project meetings , maintaining reports, and providing updates to senior leadership and clients Qualifications We’re looking for a construction management professional with: A bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management ,
Civil Engineering ,
Architecture , or related field (preferred) A minimum of
5 years of experience in construction project management , ideally with
ground-up or renovation projects
in healthcare, education, municipal, or hospitality construction Strong understanding of
construction methods ,
building materials ,
construction contracts , and
regulatory requirements Experience managing
large-scale commercial construction projects , from estimating through punch-out and closeout Proficiency in
Microsoft Office ,
Procore ,
Primavera P6 ,
Bluebeam , or other project management tools Excellent leadership, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills PMP certification is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: A salary commensurate with experience in
