Compensation & Benefits: Base salary:

billions in secured work
over the next 5 years—primarily focused on
large-scale industrial projects . They are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ground-up projects Oversee all phases of construction: estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and closeout Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Partner with Superintendents and field teams to maintain jobsite safety and quality Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting Required Experience: 7+ years
of experience in commercial construction Prior work with a
General Contractor (GC)
is required Strong background in
PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), Tilt-Wall, and Structural Steel Must be tech-savvy with strong project documentation and scheduling skills Experience in industrial, warehouse, or distribution builds is a plus
