The Program Manager should have experience managing various types of projects for the Federal government, providing technical and engineering direction for many long-term projects through various stages of implementation. Projects and project responsibilities include: IT Transformation and Business Processes Infrastructure and Shared Services Communications Budget & Portfolio Management Artificial Intelligence / ChatBot Interactive Agent development Data Management and Advanced Analytics Classified Services Records Management Tools and Systems Technologies: MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform MS PowerApps MS PowerBI Report Builder MS 365 Cloud MS Azure Synapse MS 365 SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) MS Dynamics 365 Outlook Connector JIRA ServiceNow Automation Pro Public Sector Digital Services Mapping, navigation, surveillance Language / translating and/or communication software AWS AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or another scientific or technical discipline At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
