As Assistant Director of Operations, you will help drive seamless event execution, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the highest standards of service. You will partner with the Director of Operations and venue leadership to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Support Director of Operations in daily venue operations and long-term planning
Oversee event preparation, execution, and post-event evaluations
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure service excellence
Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Partner with department leads to optimize resources and meet budget goals
Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and accountability
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
5-7 years of management experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
Strong knowledge of operational procedures and compliance standards
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
