Director, Integrated Media Planning at Dentsu. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner. This role reports to the SVP, Media Planning and requires demonstrated knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital) and media research/tools. The role can be remote and will work CST or EST hours. You will manage one direct report. Responsibilities
Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital 8+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio) Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans Evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables Experience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities Qualifications
8+ years of total experience in a large agency setting 8+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape 8+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools 3+ years of experience leading multiple levels of direct reports in a large agency setting Understanding of planning sponsorship campaigns on a national level Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams Experience working on large entertainment clients Comfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical concepts The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits
