PDM Automotive
Overview
We’re a small, scrappy startup disrupting the automotive parts aftermarket with an innovative SaaS solution. Our team is lean, fast-moving, and focused on building smarter ways for our customers to grow. We value curiosity, initiative, and people who thrive in an environment with ambiguity and constant change. Position Overview
As our Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth through email nurture campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and social media. You’ll have early exposure to AI tools for campaign development and will have the opportunity to become our in-house HubSpot expert. This is a unique opportunity for a junior marketer (1–2 years of experience, including internships) who wants to accelerate their career in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and measurement of top-of-funnel campaigns (email nurture, content syndication, webinars, and social media). Use AI tools to help create and repurpose marketing content (emails, posts, landing pages), with an eye toward experimentation and learning. Work with the CEO to manage and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting our existing databases. Learn, self-train, and grow into the company’s HubSpot expert, managing campaign setup, workflows, and reporting. Assist with campaign reporting to track engagement, lead generation, and MQL creation. Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn and other relevant channels). Collaborate across the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and improve outreach. Embrace and thrive in a startup environment—be resourceful, adaptable, and willing to try new approaches. Qualifications
