YOUR MISSION (The Job Description)

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life and deliver brilliant, on-brand visuals that capture attention. As a Graphic Designer, you'll design and produce marketing materials across multiple channels--digital, print, social, and more. Your work will directly support casino promotions, hotel marketing campaigns, events, entertainment, food & beverage advertising, and special initiatives.

THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties) Design, review, and execute advertising and promotional artwork for digital, print, social, and outdoor media. Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to deliver assets that align with brand standards. Maintain organized digital assets and files in accordance with project needs. Balance multiple deadlines and priorities while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Communicate effectively with the Creative Director to translate creative needs into polished final products WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For)

A creative mind with strong design sensibilities and an eye for detail. Ability to adapt quickly to creative direction changes and juggle multiple projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills, even in a remote environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver without daily supervision. Enthusiastic, innovative, and aligned with Virgin Hotels' brand voice: fun, bold, and original MUST HAVE'S

3+ years of experience as a creative professional in an agency or in-house role Background in casino, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle branding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with mail houses Expertise with print production and decorative finishes, familiarity with different production techniques, timelines, budgets, etc. Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout design Experience working with brand campaigns and tight marketing deadlines Reliable availability 9 AM -- 5 PM PST, Monday--Friday. Ability to work independently as a remote contractor Proofreading skills WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S

Experience with animation or video editing (Premiere, After Effects). Strong illustrative art skillsets. Familiarity with project management tools. Experience in copywriting THE WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a remote 1099 contractor role. Candidates must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours (9--5, Monday through Friday).
