Java Tech lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-6 years

of experience in software development with at least

2-3 years in a leadership/technical lead role . Strong expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture . Proficiency in

front-end frameworks : React.js / Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with

RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)

and

NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) . Hands-on experience with

DevOps tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git. Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred/Good to Have

Experience with

Event-driven architectures

(Kafka, RabbitMQ). Exposure to

Agile/Scrum methodologies

and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO). Knowledge of

security standards, compliance, and performance tuning . Ability to

conduct architecture reviews

and suggest improvements.
