Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, driving execution and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain well-groomed backlogs, ensuring clarity of requirements and prioritization. Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance. Drive process improvements across Agile teams to optimize delivery pipelines and ensure business value realization. Partner with business and technology leaders to align Agile practices with enterprise initiatives in areas such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and reporting. Champion adoption of Agile best practices, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) to improve team efficiency. Coach and mentor team members, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and practices. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and reporting requirements while maintaining Agile flexibility. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and delivery of solutions. Track progress of initiatives, providing periodic reporting and metrics on velocity, burndown, and team performance. Desired Skills & Experience Soft Skills

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project delivery frameworks. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Manager in enterprise environments. Experience working with financial systems, ERP platforms (Oracle R12, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar) preferred. Strong knowledge of business processes such as accounting, procurement, order management, and reporting. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps). Exposure to automation, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines a plus. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP certification preferred. Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives using Agile frameworks.
