HR Student Visa Coordinator ($30/hr - flexible schedule)
Our team is looking for a HR Student Visa Coordinator and help students navigate their visa processes while collaborating with faculty in a flexible, innovative environment. This role offers a meaningful impact, professional growth, and the flexibility to work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setting.
The schedule is flexible with both part-time and full-time options.
Info about this role: Competitive pay at $30/hour Flexible work options: remote, on-site, or hybrid Make a direct impact on students' academic and professional journeys Collaborate closely with a supportive HR and faculty team Opportunity to contribute to compliance and process improvement initiatives What You'll Do: Accurately enter and manage student visa information in the system Reach out to students to collect additional details for visa applications Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth visa processes Support HR in compliance tracking and process improvement efforts Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HR experience Must have experience specifically with visas Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach and collaboration Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Nice to Have: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field Experience onboarding new hires Knowledge of immigration policies and visa procedures Prior experience working with student visa programs
