Folkes Home Services is a leading provider of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, known for exceptional workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Dispatcher/Outbound Caller to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate plumbing and electrical service calls Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed efficiently Answer inbound customer inquiries and place outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service, and follow-up appointments Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer service or dispatching preferred (plumbing/electrical industry a plus) Positive, team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses for meeting team goals Full-time, stable employment in a growing company 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary secondary insurance options Supportive team environment and room for career growth Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $25.00/Hr.
