SanTan Brewing Company is looking for a Tour Guide and Server + Bartender to join our team in Chandler, AZ.

Located in the Phoenix metro's East Valley, SanTan was founded in 2007 in downtown Chandler, where we continue to operate a 15-bbl brewery & restaurant in our original location. In 2013, we added a production facility with a 50-bbl brewhouse, where we package beer in both cans and draft. SanTan branched out into distilled spirits in 2017 and in 2019 expanded to include Spirit House; a cocktail-driven bar with a delicious food menu, lounge-like atmosphere and knowledgeable, approachable staff. A clear departure from the standard craft cocktail bar, Spirit House aims to demystify the world of distilling and flavor pairing through friendly education and quality service. Primary responsibilities:

Uphold company values, abide by company policies, procedures and promote a safe, positive work environment at all times Maintain a high level of floor awareness during shift so that you may be able find all areas that require extrasupport to coworkers. Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures Request real time help from supervisors or other managers when needed Communicate and treat fellow co-workers and other members of the SanTan team with respect Adhere to a "Safety Always" mindset and comply with safety policies & programs Approach every task with quality in mind, paying attention to detail & accuracy Other Responsibilities:

Continuously engage and communicate with customers regarding product and positively represent the brand Generate excitement, brand awareness and increase product sales through sampling and promotions Conduct guided tours of the brewery & distillery; learning and keeping up to date with the continually evolving tour guide script Prepare and serve samples of beer and spirits Assist bartender with processing sales of merchandise, tour tickets, beers and spirits for tour groups. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges Clean shelves, counters, and tables in the tasting room Inventory stock counts and replenish stock as needed Mop and sweep floors as needed. Clean public bathrooms as needed. Supplemental shifts are available for bartending and serving in the taproom and SanTan Garden's special events. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to regularly work weekends, night events and holidays Ability to multi-task and prioritize well; outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to work well with others and be a team player Flexibility, patience and open-mindedness are key Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with fellow employees and guests Enthusiastic, energetic, and willing to pitch in and help wherever most needed Must be familiar and comfortable with POS systems, Toast POS experience is a plus. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, lift and move products, and use products as appropriate for demonstration Brewery, distillery and/or restaurant experience as a server/bartender are a plus.
