Temporary Administrative Assistant
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, basic Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day office support functions, including sending FedEx packages and visiting the post office for stamps. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Coordinate and set up food deliveries for meetings or office events. Track down receipts and assist with entering credit card statement details into Excel. Support with collecting and organizing subcontractor documentation (contracts, W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, etc.) from local drives. Assist with entering purchase orders (POs) into the POR Tracker system. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
