Devops Engineer

Role: Devops Engineer

Location: Woonsocket, RI

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage

infrastructure automation

using

Ansible and Terraform . Develop and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

to support continuous integration and deployment. Collaborate with development teams to

deploy and monitor Java Spring Boot applications . Implement

infrastructure as code (IaC)

best practices for scalability, security, and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues. Ensure system

reliability, availability, and performance monitoring

using modern DevOps practices. Participate in

code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvements . Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

DevOps Engineer

or similar role. Strong expertise with

Ansible

and

Terraform . Solid programming knowledge of

Java

and

Spring Boot

frameworks. Experience with

CI/CD tools

(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions). Hands-on experience with

containerization and orchestration

(Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Good understanding of

monitoring and logging tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.). Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice to Have

Experience with

microservices architecture . Knowledge of

security best practices

in DevOps. Exposure to

scripting languages

(Python, Shell, Groovy).
