OTC Derivatives Business Analyst
Location - New Jersey (Metro Park) or New York (Onsite)
Long Term Contract
JD- In-depth knowledge of OTC Derivatives (FX, Interest Rates, Credit, Equity), including swaps, options, and exotics, with an understanding of product features and lifecycle events. Previous experience with Swap Dealer or other relevant trade reporting mandates
(CFTC, SEC, CSA, EMIR, FCA), ideally with direct involvement in regulatory projects. Strong analytical skills for mapping complex trade flows, reconciling data between disparate systems, and supporting FOBO controls. Trade capture systems expertise (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Summit, or similar), and familiarity with systems integration. Understanding of Duco reconciliation system Proficient documentation and requirements management skills, including BRDs, JIRA, Confluence, and experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Data analysis skills (SQL, advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP),
ideally supplemented by experience with business intelligence or visualization tools. Excellent communication, collaborative teamwork, and proven adaptability in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with ISDA and collateral/margin agreements, as well as market/credit risk systems, would be a distinct advantage.
