Position Summary :

The Purchasing Supply Planning Coordinator facilitates supply planning, synchronizing the scheduling and maintenance of work orders, purchase orders and transfer orders to meet sales order and forecast demand, coordinates supplier annual business reviews and tracks supplier quality.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

Executes and analyzes daily supply chain dashboard reports to solution for backorders to ensure supply availability Analyzes, maintains and coordinates and/or generates Work Orders, Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders to support sales order and forecasted demand and dashboard requirements Reports and analyzes backorder status and tracks expedites Creates, analyzes and maintains Bills-of-Materials (BOMs) Logs and expedites Master Asset Print Files when missing Coordinates Supplier Annual Business Reviews and Scorecard Development Coordinates, Logs and Reports on Supplier Quality Trains and Coordinates Virtual Assistant activities to support all supply planning and supply order execution activities Assists Supply Chain Planners with ongoing sourcing or purchasing activities or initiatives Works with internal and external organizations to coordinate production (TOs) and procurement activities (POs) and capacity Qualifications

Qualifications :

B.A./B.S. degree or 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials Working understanding of supply chain, inventory management and MRP/ERP concepts MRP/ERP procurement system experience Purchase Order generation experience Skills/Abilities:

Capability to prioritize daily tasks appropriately Exceptional MS Excel skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills Consummate team player with superior interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with attention to detail Superb verbal and written communication skills (English) Able to support peak workload schedule requirements NetSuite MRP Experience (or ERP/MRP of similar complexity) Physical Requirements :

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, including at a computer Occasional lifting, of up to 20 lbs., of products and transport to other buildings Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard, mouse, and lifting or transferring of items. Frequent walking, standing, stooping, or kneeling Work Conditions :

General office environment and/or ability to work remotely from home (requires fast-working network or Wi-Fi connection) Occasional exposure to warehouse and outside weather conditions Moderate noise level in the work environment
