HR Coordinator
to join a growing human resources team with one of our top partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to every corner of HR-from payroll and benefits to employee relations and HR systems. This position is based onsite and requires strong communication skills, a high level of organization, and a customer-service mindset.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for HR, payroll, and benefits questions via phone, email, and ticketing system Provide guidance on HR policies and HRIS transactions (Workday) while coaching employees and managers on self-service tools Escalate complex issues to HR specialists or third-party vendors with warm handoffs and timely follow-ups Enter and maintain accurate and confidential employee data in Workday (hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, LOAs, etc.) Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness programs) Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR processes Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience Collaborate with HR team members on best practices and organizational initiatives Track and report call trends, employee concerns, and system enhancements to leadership HR Coordinator Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred 0-3 years of HR, payroll, or benefits experience Customer service or call center experience strongly preferred; HR shared services experience a plus Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic, professional approach Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office Suite Spanish-speaking skills a plus If you're eager to launch or grow your career in HR while gaining broad experience in a collaborative, team-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
