Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support for up to three leaders across the Credit and Fraud Risk Control Management organization. Specifically, this role will support the Head of Membership Rewards, the Vice President of Membership Rewards Operations as well as the Vice President of the Cashback Card Portfolio. The ideal candidate must be seasoned and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, as well as able to work independently and confidently under pressure. Building strong relationships, being resourceful, and knowing how to navigate large organizations will be critical to success in this position. This position is an integral part of the team and needs to be extremely proactive in anticipating and adapting to the needs of the leaders this role supports and those in need of their time. Key Responsibilities include: Responsible for calendar management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Manage general follow-ups and generating reminders in order to effectively meet deadlines and commitments Manage logistics of meeting administration (in-person and Webex) Work closely with the other administrative assistants on office operations Maintain headcount reporting, organizational charts, team distribution lists Manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, car transfers and meeting agendas Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices; review expenses submitted to leader for approval and highlight any out of policy spend Organize internal and external business meetings, including Town Halls, making all necessary arrangements including sending invites, reserving rooms, and arranging catering as needed Other ad hoc administrative work, as needed Minimum Qualifications: Positive attitude, solutions-oriented demeanor, and reliable Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency in execution and follow-up Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously with minimal guidance Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting executives with complex calendars and travel Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly bonus benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job.
