What you will be doing:
Build and maintain scalable product features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React Design and implement backend services and frontend interfaces, as needed Own the full lifecycle of your work-from design to deployment, documentation, and support Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and solve real-world problems Operate in a fully remote, async-first culture with minimal meetings and high trust Participate in lightweight on-call rotations (typically one week per month) Document decisions clearly and help maintain a well-structured knowledge base What you must have:
4+ years of professional experience in full stack development Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable working across both frontend and backend Track record of owning features end-to-end and delivering production-ready solutions Strong written communication skills; able to operate independently in a distributed team Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and best practices for scalable systems Customer-oriented mindset-you build with the user experience in mind Thrive in a low-structure, high-accountability environment Salary/Rate Range:
