$150k - $225k + Equity (competitive) About the Role This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-impact AI startup in healthcare. You'll work on real production use cases of LLMs and ML techniques to solve business problems, drive zero-to-one AI product development, and deliver solutions that directly impact patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do Build & Ship AI Solutions - Develop production-ready AI applications for document classification, data extraction, predictive workflows, and agent-based automation. End-to-End Ownership - Lead projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring measurable impact on business and user outcomes. AI-First Product Development - Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and other ML models for practical applications. Customer-Facing Engineering - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver intuitive AI-powered workflows. Scalability & Efficiency - Design pipelines, state machines, and automation systems for high-volume, complex processes. What Will You Bring
3+ years of experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications. Strong Python skills; experience with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes preferred. Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy environment. Strong product and business intuition with an ability to translate complex AI solutions into impactful products. Passion for healthcare, AI, and creating meaningful outcomes through technology.
