Scrum Master- Scaled Agile Framewor...TECHM-JOB-29332 Role:- Scrum Master-Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking Location:- Houston TX Duration:-1 + Year Client:- Chevron: Rate:- $60/h USD/ $110K Annum Day 1 onsite role Visa:- USC, GC, GC EAD and H1B JD Job Description Has 4-7 years of experience (Level 3-5) performing the Scrum Master role for Agile teams Has applied and deployed the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams Has working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking Effectively facilitates key ceremonies such as PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, team sync, sprint reviews and retrospectives Exhibits skills in identifying and removing impediments Coordinates with other teams to manage dependencies Assumes a servant leadership role to support self-organizing teams Closely collaborates with the Product Owner for backlog clarity and priority Coaches and mentors teams in Agile values and principles Drives overall delivery, measures team's performance, and promotes continuous improvement Establishes clear guidelines in work management/visibility with keen attention to detail Has mastery of Agile tools and techniques Open to learning business and technical acumen Desired Qualifications Certified SAFe Scrum Master Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) for 2 of the roles Experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps for story/feature tracking Excellent Communication skills
