Salesforce / Genesys AI Lead
This role will play a crucial role in training artificial intelligence systems by developing and refining models and algorithms to enhance the AI's learning capabilities. They will be responsible for curating and preprocessing vast datasets to ensure the AI models are trained on high-quality, relevant information. Additionally, they continuously monitor and adjust the performance of the AI system to optimize accuracy and efficiency, addressing any biases or anomalies that may arise.
Responsibilities: • nalyze AI performance in IV o nalyze and maintain Caller utterances to Call Reason/Intents Guide o Make recommendations on IVR tuning o Recommend new self-service options to IVA Product Owners o nalyze ability to enhance/add digital capabilities § nalyze call volume aligned w/ digital self service capabilities (forms/payments) § nalyze IVA delivery of forms or texting digital links • nalyze accuracy of AI performance in SFDC Lightening o Ensure AI recommended Knowledge Articles are working as expected and kept current o Ensure AI recommended Next Best Actions are working as expected and kept current o Lead agent feedback loop sessions using AI performance data (Thumbs Up/ Thumbs down) o nalyze Tool Usage & Efficiency by Call Center Agents § nalyze agent behavior as they interact with the tool. § ssess ability to reduce clicks, rearrange windows, identify missing information to reduce swivel, etc.) Make recommendations on Intelligent screen pop, referrals and other features to enhance agent efficiency
