Image Engineering was founded as a company that pushes boundaries, develops new ideas through design and fabrication, and is a leader in the visual display and special effects industry. We are comprised of a team of artists, engineers, event producers, fabricators and creative thinkers.
We have worked all over the United States completing thousands of projects in the field of creative multimedia shows for clients such as Rihanna, Jay Z, Tiesto, Lady Gaga, American Idol, America's Got Talent and multiple professional sports franchises in the NFL, NBA and NHL. We have also created permanent and temporary interactive installations for world class venues including the Staples Center, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Smithsonian Institutions and Walt Disney World.
Our strength lies in the broad range of techniques and custom special effects solutions we use to create first class spectaculars including laser effects, video projection and mapping, pyrotechnics, architectural lighting installs and custom constructed sets and props.
Job Overview:
The Creative Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in our fast-paced, detail-oriented team. The Creative Services Coordinator manages project timelines for the team and workflows for print and vendor needs, supports file organization and creative material distribution, and maintains archival databases. They also source online content related to clients and assist with special marketing projects in coordination with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow for projects with print and vendor needs Support file management and organization for Creative Services team Assist with distribution of creative materials to other team members Search social media and internet for content related to company clients and projects Coordinate with external and internal parties to execute special overhead and marketing projects Support and maintain archival databases for internal teams to access Requirements
A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in marketing, event production, or video production. Excellent communication skills with a high emotional intelligence quotient to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. Ability to perform effectively in a high-stress and fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in using design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Aftereffects to create and edit marketing materials.
