If you're comfortable working at heights, have forklift experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this temp-to-hire position could be your next career move.
Pay: $16.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Operate a stand-up forklift and cherry picker reaching 30+ feet Pick orders accurately using handheld RF scan guns Stack pallets and boxes with precision, including overhead lifting Label pallets and boxes according to shipping instructions Troubleshoot pick errors and notify supervisors of issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for long periods Move between departments as needed and work occasional overtime Follow all safety guidelines and company core values Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months recent cherry picker or forklift experience Strong attention to detail with high picking accuracy and efficiency Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay motivated Physical stamina for lifting, reaching, bending, and walking throughout the shift Reliable attendance and solid work ethic Basic math skills and ability to follow shipping instructions
